The Holistic Therapy Dog Register (the “Register”) is made available by the Holistic Therapy Dog Association (the “Association”) for the sole and limited purpose of confirming whether a particular animal holds a current certification issued by the Association. It is published for verification, and for verification only.

By proceeding you represent and warrant that you will not use, reproduce, transcribe, index, scrape, cache, republish, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any information obtained from the Register, in whole or in part, for any purpose whatsoever, whether stated or unstated, commercial or non-commercial, and under no conditions, without the express, explicit, prior and written authorization of the Association. You further represent that you will not use the Register or anything obtained from it to contact, locate, identify, solicit, harass, stalk, defraud, or impersonate any registrant, handler, household or animal listed within it, nor to compile, enrich or supplement any list, database, profile or dossier of any kind.

Records are provided as they were entered and as they stand at the moment of the query. The Association makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, currency or fitness for any purpose of any record, and accepts no liability for any action taken or not taken in reliance upon one. A certification may be suspended, revoked, or allowed to lapse at any time. The Association reserves the right to refuse, log, rate-limit, or withdraw access to the Register at its sole discretion and without notice.

Access is permitted only on these terms. If you do not agree to them, you are not authorized to access the Register and must not proceed.
